Jo’s Wish List
The following is a list of my hopes, dreams and ambitions both professionally and personally. They may well be quite extreme and challenging but not impossible and it is important to have goals and things to work towards. I wish that I could
1. heal completely from the cancer so that we can live a long happy life with our wonderful family.
2. raise £ 30,000 to have unlimited holistic therapies at specialist centres.
3. pay off the mortgage as quickly as possible so that my husband doesn’t have to work so hard and we can spend more time together as a family and so that if the worst happened my husband could be a full-time dad.
4. record every song I have ever sung especially those I play on guitar as I worry that I may lose the dexterity I need to play the guitar because of the bone cancer and spine problems. I would also love for my family to have a record of the songs I have loved.
5. Write a book with all my family about our experiences in the hope that other families may benefit from it.
6. help my sister make true friends and find a partner.
7. help other people to cope with serious illness.
8. bring people together to support each other through the struggles of serious illness.
9. have a hit song/album that provides my family and I with an income.
10. find someone with website creating skills to give me loads of their time to help me develop this site!
11. work with my two favourite theatre companies, Theatre de Complicite and The Royal Shakespeare Company, as an actor.
12. own a new mini cooper.
13. travel all around the world with my daughter and husband.
14. meet Patrick Stewart.
15. find a film producer that would help me turn my favourite sci-fi novel into a movie.
16. own a top of the range electro acoustic Takemine guitar
17. afford to take my husband to a Michelin Star accredited restaurant.
18. afford a 3 seater brown leather couch, because my husband and I can’t cuddle up properly on our little 2 seaters!! (This wish has been granted!!!! I am eternally grateful to the angel who granted it!!!!!)
